BetterPuck referees can earn cash or choose bonus game credits to play for free (up to 2× the cash value). Experience is preferred but not required. Online training is provided.
Every game starts at $75 base pay. Referees can earn up to $26 more per game through in-app player ratings.
After each game, players can give a thumbs-up.
Each thumbs-up adds $1 to your payout.

Games run with one referee and loose officiating by design so the focus stays on fun.
If you are already certified, you will receive training on BetterPuck game operations. If you are new to officiating, training includes on-ice fundamentals. Players can become referees.
