The Queue is BetterPuck’s system for forming pickup hockey games.
Instead of browsing a list of scheduled games, you set your preferences and availability. BetterPuck then matches:
Players
Ice times
Goalies
Referees
When enough compatible players and an available ice slot align, a game is created. You are only charged once a game is successfully matched.
There are two types of Queues:
Public Queue – Join games with other players from the app.
Private Queue – Organize a game with invited players and selected timeslot options.
